IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2019 is an affiliated conference of ACM Federated Computing Research Conference (FCRC) 2019. The technical program for each affiliated conference of ACM FCRC 2019 is independently administered, with each responsible for its own meeting’s structure, content, and proceedings. To the extent facilities allow, attendees are free to attend technical sessions of other affiliated conferences being held at the same time as their “home” conference.

For IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2019 attendees, please select IWQoS as your session when making registration. Note that the registration may qualify for an additional FCRC Conference Fee. This is a one-time fee for each registrant allowing you to register for one or more conferences. You must register for FCRC and at least one other conference, workshop or tutorial.

Note to Authors

In order for a paper to be published in the IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2019 proceedings and appear in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference. Furthermore, the paper must be presented at the conference by an author of that paper, unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a well-qualified alternative presenter who is able to present the paper and answer questions.

For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at a full (non-student) registration rate, even if the author is student.

Visa Support Letters

ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee. For visa support letters, please email all requests to supportletters@acm.org.  Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:

  • Your registration confirmation number
  • If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author”
