Instruction for the Camera-ready Paper Submission
This year, IWQoS 2019 is part of ACM FCRC, so the publication process is different from that of last year. The camera-ready version of your accepted paper(s) must be uploaded to EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and ACM library. The deadline is 11:59pm EST May 8 Wednesday, 2019. The submission instruction is given in the following:
Revise your paper:
Please carefully read the reviews of your paper and follow the review comments to revise it and prepare the final camera-ready version. Note that you are NOT allowed to change the authors or the corresponding order in the camera-ready paper.
Register for the conference:
The presenting author must register for the conference before submitting the camera-ready paper. Note that each accepted paper needs to be covered by a full registration and each full registration can only cover ONE accepted paper.
Submit the ACM copyright form:
The first author of your accepted paper should have received an email from ACM. This email includes a link to submit your ACM copyright form. After the submission of the copyright form, the system will generate a PDF file including a Code Snippet, which you should follow the instruction (in the PDF file) to include in your camera-ready paper. Note that if you include this Code Snippet correctly, you should be able to see the copyright information (including ISBN and DOI) on the left bottom of your camera-ready PDF file.
Submit your camera-ready paper:
Your camera-ready paper must be submitted as a PDF file no later than 11:59pm EST May 8 Wednesday, 2019. Each paper can have at most 10 pages. The camera-ready paper must be formatted using ACM’s latest template with all fonts embedded within the PDF file. The URL for the new ACM template can be found at http://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template. As mentioned above, your camera-ready paper should also carry the corresponding Code Snippet on the left bottom of the first page. To submit your camera-ready paper, please log into EDAS, and then go to the paper page to upload your paper by clicking the uploading icon in the “Final manuscript” row.
